RECRUITMENT TRAINING
The North Star District, part of Heart of America Council, is dedicated to youth development through structured programs. Our recruitment training program focuses on empowering the next generation of leaders through engaging initiatives. By joining our community, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people, while developing your own skills and knowledge. The District offers a range of programs, including Scouts BSA, Venturing, Sea Scouts, and Cub Scouting, designed to equip young people with essential skills and values. Through recruitment training, volunteers and leaders can gain the expertise needed to support these initiatives and become part of a network that prioritizes character development and community service.
